Wake Up, Europe: How to Make the EU Fit for Purpose in a Changing World

I was honored to delivery a keynote talk for the European Academy of Management’s EURAM 25 Conference at the University of Florence’s School of Economics and Management from June 22-25. My talk - Wake up, Europe: How to Make the EU Fit for Purpose in a Changing World - focused on the disruption and destruction resulting from Trump's presidency, domestically and internationally, and suggested the many ways in which the EU needs to “step up” in security, industrial policy, climate, governance reform, and increased democracy, in particular with EU level bonds to pay for a better future.

My remarks were summarized by Sukanlaya Sawang, one of the members of EURAM in a recent LinkedIn post: https://www.linkedin.com/posts/sawang_ai-eu-activity-7343019395603918848-GX3y?utm_source=social_share_send&utm_medium=member_desktop_web&rcm=ACoAAAbagTABOoe8qOf7iYv9dGWoYoPLxyA7Ovc
